I. Download and installation issues

• How do I download the screensaver?

• I downloaded and installed one of AstroGemini screensavers but I keep getting an 'Unregistered version' message.

II. Payment and registration issues

• I do not trust on-line credit card transactions. Is there any other way to pay?
• I have already paid but my version of the screensaver still says 'Unregistered'.
• I paid for this screensaver but did not get the registration info.
• I have received my registration details but I do not know where to enter them.
• I entered my registration name and code but got a message that either the name or the code is invalid.

III. Product issues

• I downloaded and installed one of the screensavers but it won't run or says a "Required .DLL file D3D8.DLL was not found".
